BRIEF: The Irvine Branch Office: serves small and mid-size businesses, entrepreneurs, emerging private wealth, high net-worth individuals, high net-worth institutions and their principals, other bankers and investment bankers. This includes all types of businesses; and all ages. The audience also includes employees.
PLAN: The art needs to be rich, elegant, comfortable and contemporary, abstract but not far out modern, some recognizable artists, using unique and varied mediums. Artwork will look smart, competent, well-designed and high quality to represent the highest quality of service. Quality and well designed art to equal trust. Artwork will be accessible, unique and identifiable to this client. The colors in the art will be cheerful and warm; colors that make people feel good.
PROCESS: FAM's design services included a custom menu of art selections presented digitally complemented by a presentation of original quality art and sample art to support the objective. Professional project management services included that commissions and framing were produced to exact specifications and to meet the desired completion date; the receipt of shipments; insurance certificates; loading dock coordination; installation supervision and professional security installation were all initiated, coordinated and supervised by FAM.
ARTWORK:
- Striking, rich, unique and varied presentation of one-of-a-kind commissioned art, limited editions quality prints on fine art paper, an abstract paper series and digital prints. Simple modern framing completes the stunning look.

BRIEF: A broad scale commercial bank on the 24th Floor of a distinguished high rise building in the financial and cultural district of downtown Los Angeles. The target audience is high net worth individuals and institutions.
PLAN: The creative concept supports the interior architecture which informs the private office spaces with large, floor to ceiling glass walls. The opportunity therefore existed to use the private office walls to display the company's art collection and say through the artwork, ‘This Is Who We Are'.
PROCESS: FAM's design services included a custom menu of art selections presented digitally on a 32” screen as well as a presentation of original quality art and sample art to meet the end result. Some art was viewed conceptually in location. Professional project management services included that the criteria issued for commissions and framing were scheduled to produce exact specifications and to meet the desired completion date; the receipt of shipments; insurance certificates; loading dock coordination; installation supervision and professional security installation.

BRIEF: A broad scale commercial bank on the 12th Floor of a distinguished high rise building in the El Segundo/Manhattan Beach commercial district with a strong following of loyal customers who are also aware of the bank's downtown Los Angeles presence. The target audience is high net worth individuals and institutions.
PLAN: Extend the Creative Concept from the downtown Los Angeles location to create a common platform as well as create a unique look and feel for this location that continues to impress customers and creates an electrifying atmosphere for employee productivity.
PROCESS: FAM's presentation was provided digitally on a 32” screen with a menu of possible art options, custom selected for this office as well as a presentation of original quality art and sample art to meet the end result. Some art was viewed, conceptually in location. Modification of art selections met revised needs and the artwork was professionally security installed.
ARTWORK:
- The mediums are unique and varied and include a series of four wall sculptures of welded and polished aircraft aluminum in a bright silver finish burnished with a subtle gold oil plus paintings of color infused wax in rich mandarin and golden topaz; original works on paper and canvas, artworks printed on the newest acrylic substrates, all artistically custom framed to enhance the art and the environment.
